Citizenship Page

Citizenship courses are held continuously all year round at the Columbus Family Resource Center. Morning and evening classes are offered. Provided by Platte Valley Literacy Association, these classes are designed to prepare individuals for the naturalization interview. Students study U.S. History and Government throughout the course while practicing their English reading and writing skills.

Citizenship classes are open to the public and are free of charge. All participants must be able to speak, understand, read, and write common English words and phrases. Currently classes are held twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursday. Anyone can join at anytime just please call 402-562-1463 to register.
